Creating an eAccess account

Overview

To begin using eAccess, you’ll need to create a personal account. Before registering make sure you have the following information:

  • Your Client ID (this is your employer’s eAccess ID number)
  • Your E-Mail address (this must match the e-mail address your employer has on file for you)

How do I do this?

  1. Go to foundationeaccess.com.
  2. Select the Create New Account tab and fill out the fields.
    • Enter your Client ID (this is your employer’s unique ID number for eAccess).
    • Enter your E-Mail address. This e-mail must match the e-mail address your employer has on file. If you’re unsure which e-mail address your company has on file for you, ask your company’s eAccess administrator.
    • Enter your Date of Birth.
  3. Click Create New Account.
  4. If you've entered your details correctly, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you entered. Open this e-mail and click the registration link.
  5. Complete the fields on the Set Password page.
    • In the New Password field, enter the password you’d like to use for your eAccess account.
    • Re-type the same password in the Confirm Password field.
  6. Click Finish. You can now login to eAccess at foundationeaccess.com.

Resetting your password

Overview

If you forget your eAccess password, you can reset it from the main login screen. To reset your password, you’ll need the following information:

  • Your Username for your eAccess account.
  • Your Client ID (this is your employer’s eAccess ID number).

How do I do this?

  1. Go to foundationeaccess.com.
  2. Select the Reset Password tab and complete the fields.
    • Enter your Username for your eAccess account.
    • Enter your Client ID (this is your employer’s unique ID number for eAccess).
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. If you've entered your details correctly, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you entered. Open this e-mail and click the registration link.
  5. Complete the fields on the Set Password page.
    • In the New Password field, enter the password you’d like to use for your eAccess account.
    • Re-type the same password in the Confirm Password field.
  6. Click Finish. You should now be able to login at foundationeaccess.com. (If you are still unable to login to your eAccess account, please contact your company’s eAccess administrator.)
